Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FragClips. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@fragclips.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting to FragClips you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload — including screenshots, clips, images, profile banners, and usernames. FragClips reserves the right to remove any content at our discretion.

4. FragClips Plus — Paid Subscription

FragClips Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Plus access until then.
• Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
• Feature access. Plus features (higher upload limits, profile customisation, etc.) are only available while your subscription is active. They are revoked when a subscription lapses or is cancelled.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price increase, and your continued use of FragClips Plus after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Free users. FragClips remains free to use. Plus is entirely optional.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic material
• Content depicting or promoting violence, gore, or self-harm
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual
• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Malware, phishing links, or any malicious code
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content intended to game the platform
• Illegal content of any kind including content that facilitates illegal activity
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or FragClips staff
• Content obtained without the consent of the person depicted

6. Prohibited Use of the Platform

You may not use FragClips to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent
• Artificially inflate view counts, likes, or other engagement metrics

7. Enforcement

FragClips reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide a reason for enforcement actions. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities. Subscription fees are not refunded upon account termination for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The FragClips name, logo, and site design are the intellectual property of FragClips. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

FragClips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FragClips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or content posted by other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FragClips after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
